Based on one’s understanding and commitment, the total score from the responses will grossly indicate the status. May read the score and its interpretation as below: Score<25: Need improvement, need to go beyond the compliance (situation based safety) to safety Score >25: Good start; you are change agent in safety, seek for further improvement Score>30: Fairly good, keep on doing the right things with action plan to improve Score >35: Well done, sustain it however; identify the factors which are needed for one level higher Score>40: Excellent, you are asset to build the total safety culture in the organisation
